
I would never ever use Expedia again. The first and last hotel booking I made was a terrible experience. I contacted customer care over the phone initially and the problem was never resolved.
I wouldn't recommend Expedia to anyone. Your out sourced customer care is terrible. And your hotel booking was inaccurate and more expensive than if I had booked it myself.
I just had the unfortunate displeasure of remembering my terrible experience with Expedia because of the last automated e-mail. If I had to rate the way I was treated on the phone, I'd give you guys a 1/10.
I guess the guy on the phone could speak English. Congratulations on that major accomplishment.
Hope you guys like watching William Shatner Pricline commercials. Because Priceline probably does better from just getting Trekkie bookings for conventions.
Thanks for putting me in the situation where I have to share a small bed with my 350 lbs. friend who smelled from sitting in a car all day.
